好啦！開始我和這支Tenuta San Guido Guidalberto 2004的有趣互動吧！

Tenuta San Guido Guidalberto 2004的國際價格大約50美金，我以低於國際價格買到了一支。這支酒的分數蠻漂亮的，WA-91與WE-90，讓我對這支酒很有期待，不過又看過酒界大老的紀錄，讓我也有一點不安。

這支酒就在這種又期待又怕受傷害的心情下開瓶。開瓶的第一印象很好，因為木塞用的很高檔，紮實、真實、溫潤的木塞給我很好的觸感，我喜歡這個木塞。

聞了聞，喝了一口，我眉頭深鎖，和大老的紀錄很相似，口感風味呈現老態，土壤、皮革、一點點過於冰冷感的礦物質感與葉味，風格讓感受到一種悲傷及低調的感受，我沒有繼續喝第二杯，因為實在喝不下去，把木塞塞回酒瓶，放到恆溫酒櫃中。

二天後，剛好路過老闆娘那裡，和他抱怨了一下這支酒，老闆娘似乎沒有太多反應，只是淡淡地說了一句「這支酒要醒很久」，我很懷疑，因為依據我的經驗，那種風味根本就是已經老掉的酒，而不是因為剛開瓶而還未醒開的酒，因此也懶得討論。

我一直沒有動這支酒，因為已經打算把他倒掉，到了昨天除夕夜，大約是這支酒開瓶的第七天，正好在選除夕夜要喝的酒，打開酒櫃看到這支酒，想說來試試看會變成怎樣，一入口，實在讓我太驚訝了！

居然風味是如此地鮮活有力，就像WA與WE的紀錄綜合版，生動的風格開始，有著黑櫻桃與紫羅蘭的芳香，單寧在初段與中段之間展現軸承的功效，中段後出現巧克力與木桶系的風味，風格轉為柔軟，終感則有清涼的礦物質感，酸度與多汁則是快飲時的清楚感受，風味頗為平衡。

義大利酒，一直都是個人認為非常深奧與有去的領域，這支Tenuta San Guido Guidalberto 2004更是讓我對於義大利酒蒙上一種具有吸引力的神秘面紗。或許WA的評論是對，這支酒在2008年後成熟，但是現在還是封閉期，未來8年才會逐漸成熟，對於這支酒，我想等待或是遺忘，都是必須學習與體驗的。

Wine Advocate  The estate’s 2004 Guidalberto (45% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Sangiovese) beautifully captures the pedigree of its superior vintage. It presents a lively, darker color as well as a more vibrant, well-delineated set of aromas and flavors, including suggestions of dark cherries, violets, toasted oak and earthiness with a lovely underlying note of minerality and long, fresh finish. Although the Guidalberto is not made from the same vineyards as Sassicaia, it is hard not to wonder how that wine will turn out in this important vintage. Wine Enthusiast Here is a more affordable wine created by the makers of Italy’s legendary Sassicaia that has truly come into its own in 2004. The wine has a playful linearity to it accented by many rich mineral tones such as granite and slate roof. Take a second sniff and you’ll get chocolate, leather and toasted nut. Good acidity, succulent tannins and persistence make it a stand out wine. Score: 90. —Monica Larner, November 15, 2006.
