Tomato and Bocconcini Salad  蕃茄起司沙拉

  

Ingredients:

n         3 tomatoes cut in 1/2 inchslices       3個蕃茄切1.5公分厚片

n         8 oz bocconcini                               bocconcini切1.5公分厚片

n         Basil leaves                                         羅勒葉

n         1/4 cup olive oil                                   橄欖油

n         1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar(Modena)          義大利黑醋

n         Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste 海鹽 黑胡椒

 

Instructions:

1)     Arrange the tomato and bocconcini on a serving dish 把切好的蕃茄和起司排盤

2)     Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar 淋上橄欖油和黑醋

3)     Garnish with fresh basil and season with salt and pepper 灑上九層塔海鹽黑胡椒上菜

Ps serve immediately with fresh bread and wine 這道前菜通常搭配法國麵包葡萄酒
