大約快兩週前，我開了一瓶L`Aventure Optimus 2002，真是超讚！居然讓我這個懶人都動用神器「沛綠雅330ml」來保存，真是難能可貴～

當初會買這支酒，起因是一場「誤會」，後來用個人認為合理的價格買到了這支L`Aventure Optimus 2002。這支酒風味非常均衡，有甜美度，有層次感，也一些異香，也有尾韻，由其中段有一股非常類似中藥酸痛貼布的香氣，超讚！

50% Syrah, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4% Zinfandel，加上100 % in new French oak barrels 15 months No fining, no filtering，這種SCZ組合的酒，不算是市場主流，但是風味表現上，口感複雜而溫潤，那些野莓、果醬味、太妃糖等容易明顯表現的香氣適中不過度，酸度有表現但像是佈景而不搶眼，加上可能是酒廠說的「richly layered flavors of tea leaf, spice」或是我說的中藥酸痛貼布的香氣，提昇了口感的把玩程度，尾韻還有一些類似煙燻或石墨的氣息，很容易讓人想再回味一次。這一支酒，我花三天就不小心喝完，前面兩天都是放原來的瓶子，喝到第二天剩下一半，實在好喝到想要保存那種口感經驗，我這個懶人只好拿出神器「沛綠雅330ml」，原來想說可以喝四天，結果第三天晚上不知不覺地就喝完了（「沛綠雅330ml」的確很容易引誘人一下子就把酒喝完）。這是我會想要再買的好酒，酒莊說從上市後，大約還可以陳年10年以上，我喝的感覺，未來應該應該還有不錯的變化性，的確還有陳年的空間。

這個酒莊位於Paso Robles，關於這個產區可以參考林裕森老師的介紹。這支酒的上市建議售價是50美元，台灣的實際交易價格或許落在1700-1900元之間。

Cassis, wild blackberries, and a chalky, mineral note from our west side terroir dominate the aroma. The mouth is classic L'Aventure, with deep, richly layered flavors of tea leaf, spice, dark berry, and leather sharing the stage. The long finish reveals anise and some graphite notes. Decant this wine, and it will reward you with even more complexity.

The dense ruby/purple-colored 2002 Optimus Estate, an innovative blend of 50% Syrah, 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4% Zinfandel, offers a complex bouquet of briery fruit interwoven with cherries, creme de cassis, licorice, truffles, and smoke. Ripe, with crisp acidity, medium to full body, abundant concentration, and a savory, round mouthfeel, this lovely red should drink well for a decade.
