親愛的各位
Dear All ~~
我知道今天是星期四應該是遊記日
I know it should be a traveling story day on Thursday
但是我前天PO了"我的追夢故事"主題徵文已經是遊記了
but couple days ago I had an article on the topic "My story of chasing dream" on PCHOME
雖然還沒有很詳細的介紹那個地方(畢竟我要符合徵文主題)
and that was a traveling story (though I didn't introduce the place in detail which I will)
可是我覺得一週寫一篇遊記比較不會讓我對於分享這麼快就失去熱度
So, in order not to ruin my passion about writing travelling story
(很擔心自己拿不出熱忱介紹詳細)
(cuz I want to introduce every single place with passion and as mush detail as I can)
加上靠近學期末我週末要開始用功
and it's getting close to the final of the semester, I should study on weekends
所以這星期我決定把分享我跟他之間的故事也提前兩天
I decided to move the story between me and Jason for 2 days earlier
星期六-->星期四
(which is from Sat to Thu)

上星期介紹了我跟Jason第一次單獨外出
I told you about our first time out alone
這種事情當然有一就有二
and of course going out alone will happen again
所以兩星期後
two weeks after first time out,
他有一天休假問我想去哪裡玩
he told me he has a day off and asked where I want to go
我人生地不熟ㄟ問我哪對阿
dude, I am not familiar with this place at all, y r u asking me lol
在這之前我已經去了兩次黃石公園
I've been to Yellowstone twice before that day
但是公園超大根本沒有逛完過
but I never had a chance to go to every spot
所以我跟他提了一個我沒有去過的區域
so I told him I want to go somewhere new
猛獁溫泉
Mammoth Hot Spring
(殊不知那要開至少兩個半小時才會到)
(and didn't know that means he needs to drive at least 2.5 hrs to get there)
本來他還很興高采烈的跟我說我下班後他要給我個驚喜
He was really happy and told me he's gonna surprise me when picking me up
說是要開敞篷跑車帶我出去玩
he said we can have a convertible car
結果敞篷車被租走了 :(
well...but someone rent it before he did
但還是租了台新車來接我
still, he rent another new car and came picked me up
記得我下班已經是中午過後的事了
I think it's pass noon when I was off from work
可是仗著美國日照時間長
but the daylight will last to at least 8pm
我們還是衝了!!!
so we went anyway
從黃石公園的東側入口入園後
we entered the park from the East entrance
沿路的風景很漂亮
the scene was beautiful
(尤其在湖區, 之後會有完整介紹黃石公園的遊記, 敬請期待 :D)

邊開我們邊討論黃石公園有多像變型金剛的拍攝場景
as he's driving, we talked about how much it looks like where Transformers filmed
然後還有另一個區域就會讓人聯想到電影2012....
and another area reminded us the movie 2012...
說著說著我很認真跟他說...
then I asked him seriously...
我:如果火山爆發怎麼辦?
me: what if the volcano erupt?
他: 我知道要往哪個方向走
Jason: I know exactly where to go.
我: 那如果我工作的時候火山爆發怎麼辦?
me: what if it erupt when I am at work?
他: 我會去接你
Jason: I'll go get u
聽到這裡以我冰雪聰明的智慧...
now, here....since I am such a smart girl haha
加上天蠍座女人的第六感
with the sense of woman's natural gift
其實我已經覺得他可能對我有些微好感
I actually thought about that he might likes me more than just a friend
(可是女人要矜持, 所以我也沒多問, 畢竟我們也才單獨出來第二次
說不定我第六感是錯的)
(but I could b wrong, and I'm a conservative girl... and that was only the second time
we went out...so I didn't ask even tho I think he does)
開半天終於到了目的地
and finally we're there !!!

位於美國黃石公園猛獁溫泉(Mammoth Hot Springs)，是世界上已知最大的碳酸鹽沉積溫泉。它最顯著的特點就是階地式的樣貌，那是幾千年來冷卻沉澱的溫泉水所形成的一連串階地。
形成階地一大要素就是碳酸鈣。幾百萬年前馬姆莫斯地區底部的海水，為這裏留下了厚質的沉澱性石灰石。當高溫酸性溶液流經岩石層到達溫泉表面的過程中，它溶解了大量的沉澱性石灰石。一遇到空氣，溶液中的部分二氧化碳就會從溶液中揮發。
同時固體礦物質形成並最終以石灰華形式沉澱，就形成了階地。

但是我還是覺得跟明信片看起來有相當大的落差.....

在這個景點逗留了半個小時
we stayed there about 30 mins
路上不乏亞洲面孔
lots of Asain tourists
可是明顯感覺到路人對我們兩個投以不少異樣眼光
but you can totally tell people gave us weird look...
傑森老大那時候不知道是什麼心態
他常常覺得看到我的路人都喜歡我
記得那天看到兩個亞洲男生也在走步道
剛好跟我六目相交 (總共三對眼睛)
然後傑老大立刻就說
"I bet they want to ask you out" (之類的我忘記他詳細說了啥)
真是看得起我阿先生
yeah, all guys like me to u ....thanks
(這時我第六感又開始有 "!" 的這種感覺)
(and now I am like "wait a minute...u must like me or sth...)
天色有點晚了
it's getting dark
他還打算帶我去另一個城
and he wanted to take me to another town
所以我們立刻跳上車趕路
so we gotta jump in the car and make it to Jackson, WY
結果肚子餓
but we were starving
我看在他開車這麼久油錢又這麼貴的份上
and since he needs to drive so long and the fuel is so expensive
決定大方請他吃晚餐
I decided to buy him dinner
沒想到抵達老忠實噴泉的時候
but guess what, it was too late when we get to Old Faithful
只剩下昂貴的餐廳還要等....
there is only one fancy restaurant open
可是方圓N公里內只有這裡有晚餐吃
nothing else can eat is close to us
只好登記了...
so we had to book it and wait till we can get in
(小插曲: 登記後跟台灣許多餐飲業一樣會發個你一個呼叫器
震動時就可以到櫃檯報到
聊著聊著手上的呼叫器終於有動靜
但櫃檯喊的名字是Charlotte
傑森可能真的很餓呼叫器一響立刻衝到櫃檯
結果在等待的人龍面前
櫃檯問他: Are you Charlotte?
哈哈哈哈哈哈
超糗
還好美國人對這種事情很習慣幽默帶過
但從此以後我都叫他Charlotte)
小插曲這麼糗就不翻譯了
不知道是不是不好意思讓我請
not sure if he didn't want me buy him dinner or what
他點了最便宜的漢堡 = =
he ordered the cheapest burger...

吃完天都黑了
then it's really dark after dinner
隔天還要上班
I have to work next day
只好放棄去另一個城的念頭....
we had to give up about Jackson....
又開了幾小時回到Cody (我工作的地方)
so we hit on the road back to Cody
路上看到了幾隻鹿(夜間開車真的要小心)
saw deers on the road (have to drive really carefully at night in the West USA)
結果他興致勃勃問我想不想開開看那台新車
then he asked me if I want to drive the car!!!!!!!
(還記得是福特的Fusion新款式)
(it was a Ford Fusion, perhaps 2010 version, not sure)
我:我這連車都不會騎的人你確定要讓我開車
me: are you sure? I can't even ride a bike.....
他: 沒關係阿, 我坐你旁邊, 有事我會拉手煞車
Jason: yeah, you'll be fine, I'll sit next to you, and if anything, I'll use the break.
於是就到了機場附近的空曠道路
so there we were at a pretty big area close to the airport
我人生中第一次開了非高爾夫球車的車!!!!!!!!!!
and that was the very first time in my life to drive a real car !!!!!
而且新車好好開~我根本超有潛力阿
I can drive it so smoothly, I got potential and I knew it lol
立馬去考駕照
I should go get a licence immediately
心滿意足為這天小小的旅行畫下句點
that was a happy ending for our first trip
心裡也暗自竊喜認識了這樣一個好朋友
I was really happt about I met such a nice friend
什麼都可以說
we talked about everything
還可以開對方玩笑
we joke around and make fun of each other
但是同時做自己
but at the same time, we don't need to fake anything, and can just b ourselves
又能到處帶我去玩的朋友
plus, he will shows me around that area and does it willingly :)
太開心了 :D
