今天的練習想延續昨晚課程的感覺,昨晚課程的流動跟水一樣,很舒服。
所以我稱為 SPA YOGA,今天一樣先簡單的暖身運動後進入拜日式的練習,
有拜日式A跟拜日式B,也加入了勇士二的姿勢,配合很緩慢的流動及呼吸,
做完的感覺很寧靜、舒服~
在做COBRA時,心中浮現出一種感覺,感謝老天我還有手有腳有呼吸,謝謝我的
父母生下了我~
做完瑜伽的感覺真好~

今天一樣暖身後才開始靜坐跟練息瑜伽,做了拜日式A跟B,花了大約二十多分鐘,
到今天已經比較習慣一早起來做瑜伽,只是睡飽再做應該會更棒,哈哈。
再移動時一樣聽到鞭炮聲,做到第三個拜日式A時妄念開始跑出來了,我開始歸納為心中小劇場的人員,有趣。

今天起床後先暖身了一會才開始練習瑜伽,感覺身體比較穩定,到第三個拜日式時可以感覺到流暢,覺知也更深。
到進入拜日式B時,感覺精神都來了,可惜要準備盥洗上班了,今天做了約二十多分鐘,很棒。

今天依然是醒來就開始練習,所以依然還沒充分暖身就進入動作,直到三個拜日式之後才感覺輕鬆一點。
今天頭腦清醒多了,或許明天多點暖身在開始做瑜伽回好一點。

今天一早醒來後沒有先馬上做瑜伽,等過了一陣子之後才開始練習。
一樣從靜坐開始,到做五個拜日式A,感覺身體沒那麼僵硬。
到拜日式B時,感覺身體有開始醒來,應該說更可以察覺到許多動作。
今天做了大約30分鐘,很開心可以有更多細微的體認~

全在房間的地板上做。
今天的精神還算是OK,但是今天的COBRA比較無法延展。
第一次在宜蘭的家做瑜伽,很讚~

昨晚做完108次拜日式後,身體沒有特別不舒服的感覺,但是今天一早醒來就感覺像機器人一樣,真的不誇張。第一個拜日式完全是分解動作的機器人,到進入第三個拜日式就好多了。
今天做完的感覺就一切還在醒悟當中,也有可能是沒睡飽。。呵呵

心得Experience:
一、早上練習約二十分鐘,剛剛開始時覺得身體跟殭屍一樣僵硬,做了五個拜日式A之後就好多了。
二、做完後感覺身體才剛剛開始熱身完畢,迎接一天美好的開始~感謝!!
