中華武術傳承了中國固有文化身精髓，是力與美的結合，合乎科學，生理，更是有健體防身之最佳技巧功夫!我國武術博大精深，種類甚多，傳至今日則以太極，形意，八卦，太極，少林四者正宗武學為盛。先父泮嶺公當年即隨此四派前輩宗師學習並精研之。余自民國三十八年(1949)隨父來台，其時年方十歲，定居台中清晨即隨父於「台中市農業攻良農場」勤習功夫，由少林基本功進而八卦，形意，太極等各項,正宗拳術及刀，槍，劍，棍，鞭，鉤，錘等兵器，至今一甲子多未曾間斷，此乃先父遺留給余之無價之寶，定當珍惜。民國八十八年(1999)由公職退休後，即全力發展先父之各項武藝，成立台中市嶺雲武術協會，嶺雲戈舘，正式開班授徒，為完成先父「將中華武術發揚於海外」之遺願，更多年遠赴世界各地傳授先父之各項武藝，尤其是先父將-武，吳，郝，陳，楊-五家太極拳之精華!去蕪存精編著而成之「九九式太極拳」，甚受海內外熱愛太極拳人士喜愛!而余之教學方式也蒙得各地愛好中華武術者認同和肯定。尤其在美國馬利蘭州教學時，除受到電視及報紙專訪外，當地官方為感謝余將如此珍貴之保健運動帶給當地人們，特致贈感謝狀，並有二次在兩年度中各訂一日為「陳雲慶日」，此乃余之殊榮!余親赴海外各地教學外，更常有海外愛好中華武術者來台中學習，故此-喜愛並研習先父武術之門生已遍及世界各地。先父發揚武術之遺願需要傳承，才能使中華武術文化源遠流傳，此乃身為陳家後代人所需承擔的責任與義務，余有幸傳承先父之武藝並教授，乃因年事漸長並要做到薪火相傳，如今由第三代的姪女陳曉怡繼續傳承並與世界各地同好切磋研修，陳曉怡旅居日本多年，在該地全力推展先父(其爺爺)之武藝!教授學生有數百人之多，也深獲日本當地所愛載，為使世界各地陳泮嶺武術家族成員及式術界人士能緬懷紀念先父(其爺爺)對武術之貢獻，並能提供更多的資訊及武藝交流的聚集，其特於日本九州成立了「陳泮嶺武術世界家族紀念館」定期在此擧辦武術交流會，並成立陳泮嶺武術世界家族使世界各地的同好能無國界的在此網路平台，彼此交流學習，確實延續發揚太極武術文化，此舉余甚感欣慰!余今雖年事已高，仍決心在有生之年，全力將先父所傳之各項武藝傳授有志愛好式術人士，將中華武術發揚光大!此乃為先父與余之大願矣!/陳雲慶
