顧客：我需要終止我的手機合約。
Clerk：What seems to be the problem？
店員：出了什麼問題嗎？
Customer：My apartment is a dead zone. I have to walk into the hall to get a signal.
顧客：我公寓裡收不到訊號。我得走到走廊上才有訊號。
Clerk：I see. I'm afraid you'll have to pay a cancellation fee to do it.
店員：我了解了。您要終止合約的話，恐怕得付違約金。
Customer：Oh. Can I rethink this for a minute？
顧客：哦，那我可以重新考慮一下嗎？
Clerk：All right.
店員：好的。
