主題：Bladnoch

 

Bladnoch 10yo 43% F&F

C: light yellow

21 N: cream, lavender, vanilla, some raw ham, lightly baked wood, lemon peels, soybean

20 T: light -> medium, round & warm, some ginger, cream, lemonade w/ hint of sweet

21 F: short -> medium, rich milk, cream, ginger, some grass and bitterness at the end

21 B: balanced both for N & T, I like it, just drink!

 

Bladnoch 8yo 55% OB

C: light yellow

20 N: some ALC comes up from begin, lavender, soybean, lemon peers, malty, then some lightly sherry,  bean curd, raisin, sour milk

20 T: light, dry, good impact & strength, ginger, vanilla, lemon peels, very oil, grape seed, creamy, cookie

19 F: medium, cream, ginger, cookie, powder, bread, more medicine powder, bitter, few complexes at the end

20 B: balanced, not my type, still active

 

Bladnoch 6yo 58.5% OB Lightly Peated

C: light yellow

18 N: some oak wood cask, fresh & clean, some hint of mint, white flowers, new spirit like, some lightly peat sweet, obvious ALC

19 T: light, medicine syrup, powder, lemonade, cream pie, malty, and some wood cask

18 F: short, some sheep milk, ginger, sour milk, pop-corn powder, very, very lightly peat at the end

19 B: somehow, flat, also some conflict w/ sour and sweet taste

 

Bladnoch 15yo 55% OB Sherry Butt C#2617

C: light amber

21 N: raisin, caramel, brown sugar, wet papers, raw ham, then fresh sherry, some soybean, sour milk, cream

21 T: medium, some raisin, orange peels, a little dry & spicy, then some pepper, apricot, walnut, fruit cake

22 F: short -> medium, orange peels, cinnamons, honey, malty, biscuit, cream pie at the end

21 B: balanced, fresh, active & still variant, worth to take more time

 

 

Bladnoch 16yo 56.1% SMWS 50.39 Refill Hogshead Ex-Bourbon 298Bts

C: light yellow

21 N: white flowers, clove, medicine powder, lightly beautiful baked wood, cream, some excited ALC, lemon peels, sour milk

21 T: medium, dry and spicy, very good impact, ginger, medicine powder, baked wood, lemonade, Boston pie

21 F: medium, ginger, cream pie, baked cookie, some white peppers, lemon peels, a little liquorices at the end

21 B: balanced both for N & T, good tannins and active!

 

Bladnoch 18yo 1990 52.5% Exclusive Malt C#3499 185Bts

C: light yellow

21 N: light sherry, refill? caramel, sugar brown, cream pie, walnut, almond, still sour milk w/ some berries

22 T: medium, some berries, cinnamons, toffee, hint of sandal wood, orange peels, some cocoa, chocolate

21 F: medium, tangerine, raisin, cherry, cream, cocoa, good tannins, orange peels at the end

21 B: balanced both for T & N, but not my type, 有點老普洱的味道

 

Bladnoch 21yo 1983/2005 50% OMC Refill Hogshead C#421 261Bts

C: light yellow

20 N: fresh light sherry, a little plum, orange, creamy, still some sour milk

21 T: medium, a little dry and sweet, good strength, orange peels, some plum, tangerine, milk tea, sour cream

21 F: medium, fermented cream, soybean, orange peels, apricot, then some cranberry jam at the end

20 B: balanced, elegant w/ some hint of toffee, active but few variant, pitty

 

Bladnoch 23yo 1977/2001 53.6% RM B#2468

C: yellow, straw

23 N: honey apple, passion fruits, berries, 楊桃, tropical fruits, lightly & beautiful baked wood, then some中藥材,蔘片

22 T: medium -> full, dry, good strength, some hint of sherry, apricot, cinnamons, peppers, liquorices, raisin, orange, good impact and strength

22 F: long, tangerine juice, fruit acid, a little toffee, cinnamons, cream, blue berry pie, some hint of oeat and 一點哇撒米的味道

22 B: good balanced both for N & T, deep and complexes aromas, lowland? Very enjoyed!

19 N: some new polish oil, plastics, vanilla, green banana, some oak wood, almond, hint of pepper

18 T: light -> medium, a little dry, bitterness, lemon peels, powder, ginger

18 F: medium, ginger, some vanilla, thin wood, lemon cream polish, few variant at the end

19 B: somehow, a little boring, not my type

 

 

Glen Grant Spyside 1970/2001 55% BBR C#1035

C: brown

22 N: deep & rich sherry, grapefruit, fermented醬菜, raisin, orange, plum, dark chocolate

21 T: full, dry, good strength, grapefruit, plum, some baked wood cask, full tannins

22 F: long, grapefruit, deep sherry, plum, dark chocolate, 醬菜, good extension

22 B: good balanced, another sherry monster
