rose、木質香(但別人有聞到動物皮毛味),四支中以這支酒的香氣最特殊
Taste:單寧咬口、澀、經一小時的醒酒,較易入口
這四支都是好酒莊作的酒,但都有苦味,讓人喝了不大舒服,是因為沒有先降溫嗎?

Very fragrant and spicy, rich and silky, with a good backbone hidden by lush fruit. Very open and accessible, with a moderate finish. Drink now through 2008
判別陽性陰性的三要素:酸度、單寧、酒精度
若酸度高、單寧低、酒精低:屬陰性
酸度不高、單寧高、酒精高:屬陽性
Vosne-Romanee屬陽性產區,但Gors Frere & Soeur會釀出柔軟、芳香的果香,且酸度高,在陽性產區加入陰柔的特性,這大概是開瓶就可以喝的原因吧!

Tatse:剛開瓶即可飲、柔軟、微苦、待熟成
Cherry and spice aromas and flavors, with an animal note. Fine intensity on a medium-bodied frame. Silky and backed by firm, ripe tannins, but a little dry on the finish now. Best from 2007 through 2014.
2002 Grands-Echezeaux Grand Cru, Gros Frere & Soeur $7,200 93
14%;顏色較前支深;香氣較典雅、spice、比前支多了動物皮毛味,但仍封閉
一小時後,更封閉,只剩果香
Taste:與前二支酒差異不大、微苦,但結構較佳;會後以”時間之鑰”醒酒
瞬時好喝多了
Evokes rose petals on the nose, but is packed underneath with ripe cherry, floral and herb notes. Starts out silky, then the structure emerges, indicating that a turn in the cellar is necessary. Best from 2010 through 2020.
一級酒與Grand Cru均待熟成,現在喝太可惜了!!
