前兩天買了一個電子麵包機, 十分好用, 又可吃到自己親手做的包包。
隨著麵包機附送一本食譜, 我一打開書選了今天的士多啤梨果醬辮子包。其實他提議用木莓醬(Raspberry Jam)的, 但我較喜歡士多啤梨和蜜桃醬, 於是一氣弄了兩個大包。
這個食譜只適用於電子麵包機, 它會替我弄好生麵糰, 過後還需要加果醬和放入焗爐。
我的先生試過後很喜歡呢!! 不是賣花讚花香, 味道和質感真的不錯呢!
食譜:
生麵糰材料:
牛奶 1 1/4 杯
蛋 (攪成糊狀的) 1 隻
牛油 2湯匙
糖 1/4杯
鹽 3/4茶匙
麵粉 3 2/3杯
乾酵母 1 1/4 茶匙
餡料:
果醬 (士多啤梨, 蜜桃) 1/2杯
牛油 (熔化, 待涼) 2湯匙
麵包面 (topping):
牛油 2湯匙
麵粉 1/3杯
黃糖 2湯匙
肉桂粉 1/4茶匙
做法:
1.Measure first 7 ingredients in the order listed into baking pan, (bread maker).
2.Start the machine to make the dough. (about 2 hours)
3.After the dough is done, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. Divide dough in half. Roll each half into a 14”x9”(36cmx23cm) rectangle. Spread with 1/4 cup jam lengthwise down center third of rectangle.
4.Make diagonal cuts from outer edges one inch (2.54 cm) apart and three inches (8cm) long. Fold alternate strips of dough over filling.
5.Place on greased baking sheet. Brush with melted , cooled butter.
6.Cover and let rise 30 minutes or until double in volume.
7.Sprinkle half of butter, sugar and flour mixture over each dough braid.
8.Repeat with second half of dough.
9.Bake at 350F (177C) for 30-35 minutes.
