推薦原因:

此酒Parker給予90分，Wine Spectator評過二次，第一次給予94分，第二次給予95分，Decanter評過三次，都給予四顆星，品質得到各方專家的肯定；此酒並入選WS的1999年度百大好酒之第十一名，是該年百大中唯一入選的香檳；而一瓶NT$1500的售價，更是遠低於美國市場US$70的價格，就划算程度而言不但是物超所值，而且應該是全世界最便宜的零售價，絕對值得一試。

Bollinger是我個人最喜歡的二家香檳酒廠之一(另一家是VCP)，它最高檔的酒款是Vieilles Vignes，全部由Pinor Noir釀成，其次就是R.D.與Grande Annee，約為三分之二的Pinor Noir與三分之一的Chardonnay，而R.D.的陳年時間比Grande Annee更長一些；這支1990年份的Grande Annee我已喝過四次以上，做得非常濃郁強勁，倒入香檳杯後氣泡泉湧而出，豐沛而綿長，歷半小時而不衰；吐司麵包與香草奶油的香氣飽滿而迷人，口感紮實，果味豐盈，餘韻亦極為悠長，做得非常出色；雖已可享用，但酒質仍稍顯年輕，若保存得宜，數年後應可發展出更迷人的風味。我建議網友若要享用此酒，絕不要七、八個人一起喝一瓶，因為這瓶酒只喝一杯，實在會有不夠滿足的感覺；或許三、四個人共享一瓶，既不會過量，也不會意猶未盡，感覺剛剛好。

A sense of opulence marks this highly concentrated, creamy-textured 1990 Champagne, with its ripe, generous fruit flavors complementing the toasty, honeyed nuances acquired from aging on the lees. Lingering finish.Drink now through 2004. (20000 cases produced)

Parker’s note (1998/10/30):
I highly recommend the Bollinger 1990 Grande Annee (score:92+; $70.00). It is extremely backward, but, wow, what intensity and richness it possesses. The structure is akin to a serious red wine.
