Playboy magazine is offering a new way to lose your shirt on Wall Street.

花花公子雜誌正提供能讓人在華爾街「輸到脫褲」的新方法。

The adult entertainment magazine, long famous for its photo spreads of nude women, is launching a search for models to pose for its upcoming feature, "Women of Wall Street."

這本成人娛樂雜誌，一直因跨頁裸女圖而聞名，但花花公子現在正在尋找願意參與「華爾街之女」特刊的模特兒。

Playboy came up with the idea for the feature after the onset of the global financial crisis, which has vaporized fortunes and left Wall Street reeling. It is planned for the February 2009 edition of the monthly magazine and on its website.

因為全球金融危機導致財富蒸發、華爾街亂成一團，花花公子才想到該出這本特刊。特刊將在2009年2月同時以紙本和網路版刊出。

"When the news gets bad, then maybe that’s a chance to make people smile by coming up with something that puts a different twist on it," said Gary Cole, Playboy’s photo editor.

「當新聞只壞不好，或許這是個機會，做出一些稍微『惡搞』的東西，讓大家還能會心一笑」，花花公子的照片編輯蓋瑞．柯爾說。

Playboy sometimes runs specials for big business news themes, such as "Women of Enron" or "Women of WorldCom." The magazine ran a "Women of Wall Street" feature nearly 20 years ago.

花花公子有時會根據重大商業新聞主題而推出特刊，如「恩隆之女」及「世界通訊之女」（譯注：Enron、WorldCom：皆為美國大企業，兩者都因財務問題而倒閉）。近20年前，花花公子也曾製作過「華爾街之女」。

新聞辭典

bare market：雙關語，原本應該是看空的bear market（熊市），與看多的bull market（牛市）相對。但因為花花公子都是裸女，因此將bear改成bare（裸體的），以bare market一語雙關。

losing your shirt：股市用語，代表賠光光，類似中文的「連衣服都拿去當」、「輸到脫褲」。但同時也隱射花花公子裡面輕解羅衫的女子。

twist：名詞，歪曲、曲解、意外轉折。A laughable twist won’t hurt.（讓人大笑的惡搞不礙事啦。）
