乘客：不好意思。我和我的兩個女兒要投多少錢？
Bus Driver：It's NT$15 for adults. Bus rides for babies are free of charge. And how old is the little girl?
公車司機：成人15元。小嬰兒搭公車免費。那小女孩幾歲了？
Passenger：She is 10 years old.
乘客：她10歲。
Bus Driver：Well, children under 12 years of age pay NT$8.
公車司機：嗯，12歲以下的孩童要投8元。
Passenger：OK. I see. That adds up to NT$23 for the three of us.
乘客：好，我懂了。我們3個加起來總共23元。

以下列舉成人投現的說法：
It will cost you NT$15.
（您要投15元。）
The adult price is NT$15.
（成人的票價為15元。）
Adults must/need to pay NT$15.
（成人須投15元。）
★Children under 12 years of age pay NT$8.
12歲以下的孩童要投8元。
若乘客是小孩或年長者，相關票價說法如下：
A child under six years of age can ride free of charge.
= A child under six years of age can ride for free.（6歲以下的孩童搭公車免費。）
Senior passengers over 65 only pay NT$8.（65歲以上年長者，搭公車只須投8元。）
