As the New York sunset disappeared

Lennon的死帶給世人不止有哀傷
還象徵一位自由鬥士的死去
藍儂在披頭四時期和其他團員合作
在搖滾樂史中寫下不朽一頁
而在披頭四解散後他本人更能盡情揮灑
不論在樂壇或社會運動上
更讓全世界都記得曾經有位偉大的烏托邦主義者
發跡英國向整個地球呼喊
宣揚愛與和平
在時局紛亂的1960年代
1980年
一位瘋狂歌迷用一把槍將這位音樂巨匠永遠帶離世間
就像隻蟲子摧毀了藍儂的音樂花園
多采的世界頓時成死寂的墳場
園丁再也回不來了
那一種理想與熱情，也跟著消逝
藍儂走得太突然
