最近醫藥研究所的最新答案就是吃大棗,也就是國人常吃的藥膳材料紅棗與黑 棗。                                                                            
                                                                                                                                                     
國人長期以來一直有B型肝炎罹患率增加的情形,其他如肝硬化、肝癌的症狀也常發生,因此各種的保肝藥物或是一些來路不明的保肝產品非常的多,造 成許多不良的副

因為根據她最新的研究發現,紅棗、黑棗內含有三帖類化合物的成分,可抑制肝炎病毒的活性,其中又以紅棗抑制B型肝炎病毒活性的作用比黑棗佳,所 以對於患有慢性

但是,由於枸杞溫熱身體的效果相當強,患有高血壓、性情太過急躁的人或平日大量攝取肉類導致面泛 紅光的老饕們最好不要食用。
