I went back visiting my great two IELTS teachers Gary and Rowan on July 27th, made an lovely appointment w/ them cuz I’ve got something about TESOL needed their overall analysises and useful information.

Needless to say, Gary and Rowan are both great teachers on English language teaching, not only because they have excellent teaching skills, but they can teach students with positive encouragements. Giving students the strength and confidence to speak out what they think.

Techniques and skills are not the most important part, what we should focus on is the Attitude, that’s why I see from Rowan’s teaching and Gary’s thoughful talking.

At that night Gary and Rowan gave me many great info towards English teaching as a second spoken language teacher, giving me several reference book names, and we also exchanged some view points towards what should the training centre they’re working in be developed and what else could they try to add into their current management systems.
