C: light yellow
21 N: vanilla, honey, fresh cream, cookie, a little lime, ice cream, followed by some white fruit, tropical
20 T: light, fruity, sweet, a little dry, ginger, liquorices, lemon cake, lemon peer
21 F: short, but w/ elegant and long fresh cream, lime, vanilla, perfume. Very good strength and impact at the middle of tongue
21 B: good balance for nosing. Few complexes for tasting

Craggamore 15yo 1992/2008 57.6% SMWS 37.36
C: yellow, light amber
22 N: caramel, syrup, baked pudding, saltpeter, followed by some orange, peach, vanilla, a little smoky, nutty, some apricot, baked sugar cane, very rich and complexes!
20 T: medium, sulfur, strong impact, dry, a little bitterness, chocolate, baked fruit, spicy
20 F: medium, some bitterness of white chocolate at the root of tongue, baked apple, peach, finished in tea style
21 B: very big contrast between nosing and tasting, warm and smooth for tasting. 相當有趣的一支酒,感覺這支酒才應該叫做heaven and hell.

19 B: some kind of balance, lack of complexes for tastin

22 N: some baked fruit, meat, toffee, orange, toasted cheese, cream, followed by a little matchbox, complexes!
21 T: medium, matured, rich and round, some meat, orange, matchbox and sulfur, warm, oroloso sherry
21 F: long, some sweet w/ a little bitterness, at the root of tongue, orange peer, toffee, and apple pudding
22 B: good balanced! Could be better w/o sulfur, rich and complexes!

20 N: cream, ginger soda, baked cookie, some straw, cinnamon, powder,酒體有些潰散
21 T: light, white fruits, lime, pineapple, straw, vanilla, green apple peer. Then a little spicy, sweet, smoky?
19 F: short, straw, ginger, apple peer, woody and plastics
18 B: weak for tasting, 香器及酒體潰散頗快

21 B: good balanced,清爽易飲,very good young HP. 一樣的感覺,再放個幾年一定更好!

22 N: 消毒水, 是我喝過最像消毒水的一支single malt,煤炭, mint jelly, followed by caramel, meat,小魚乾,鹹魚,醃漬鯖魚, seaweed,層次感明顯
21 T: medium, meat,煤炭, obvious coconut curry, 濕麻繩(今天颱風剛好聞到)
20 F: medium, finished in some cocoa, meat, sherry, a little salty
21 B: balanced, 完全不同的nosing,唯尾韻變化稍嫌不足,非常有趣,很多方面也值得討論的一支酒

C: yellow
21 N: smoky, bacon, honey ham, some mint, followed by a little heather, spices, rosemary
22 T: medium, seaweed, very smoky, spread out in mouth, a little peat sweet, smoky honey ham, round and matured
21 F: medium, smoky, ham warm. Finished w/ a little mint, sweet extension
21 B: good balanced for nosing, rich but a little short for tasting

Glen Keith 32yo 1971/2004 56.4% SMWS 81.11 750ml
C: Brown gold
N: Deep sherry, elegant and smooth. 一點檀木味, plum,蜜棗, sweet, a little smoky,後則有一點硝石, sulfur, 複雜且有層次
T: medium->full body, rich and round, juicy,相當成熟的木桶味,感覺像1st filled的雪莉桶
P: long, woody,柚茶,plum, fresh sherry, very good strength, finished in some spices
91 points. Very good balanced.整體表現很均衡且迷人的一支酒,令人很想再來一杯. 聽說是Eric跟美國分會搶到的,不過很可惜沒賣
