Tasting - Bruichladdich X4+1

Bruichladdich X4+1 3/25/2007 C#69 Bourbon,B#339/800 65.4% 500ml


聽說這支經過四次蒸餾與1yo熟成的Single Malt Baby, 在今年Feis Ila引起不少爭議和討論,我們就先試喝看看吧~

C: light yellow(蠻訝異才一年就有這麼深的顏色)
22 N: Start from very obviously new spirit, sweet, straw, a little fruity, peach, tropical, followed by some new wood, green plum, hint of fresh sherry
21 T: light, young, fresh cream, some apple juice, plum, new wood
20 F: skinny new wood cask, not matured, of course! Still new spirit w/o variant, but w/ good potential.
20 B: more impact in tasting, some fragrance and tropical at the bottom of cup. With its young image, which reminds me the Bruichladdich 1970’s.
