1st filled American Oak
C: Gold amber
21 N: cookie, straw, malty, a little smoky, Indian corn, grain, caramel, cream, milk
21 T: light, cream cookie, milky, a little ginger, spicy, 柴魚味, very creamy, somehow rich, simple, easy to drink
21 F: medium, Indian corn, a little bacon, caramel, spicy, oak
20 B: Balanced! But lack of complexity.

Yoichi 10yo Single Cask 61% C#407756-06H42A
1st filled American Oak
C: Amber
23 N: a little sour, fruity, plum, orange, tangerine, then woody, spice, followed by a little cinnamon, melon peer. Very good texture and complexes!
21 T: medium, dry, very dry, full of oil, ginger, fresh cream, some sweet, round, rich and matured
21 F: medium, light malty, fragrance, a little ginger and cookie, finished in beautiful wood, white flowers
21 B: good balanced! But a little bit dry.

Sherry & Sweet
C: Brown, deep amber
21 N: medium, sherry, raisin, banana oil, a little plastic, fewer complexes. 後有一點電蚊液,tea tree oil
21 T: medium, dry, a little cherry, sherry wood, then a little plum, chocolate, sweet and rich
22 F: long, cherry, woody, 一點檀香, 佛手柑的味道
21 B: balanced for nosing, long extension, very good strength for tasting

Yoichi 12yo Single Cask 59% C#126183-08G08B
Soft & Dry
C: amber
21 N: elegant sherry, ice cream, apricot, grape seed, a little Oliver oil, some alc.
21 T: medium, dry, very dry, hazelnut, tangerine, young and strong, 八仙果皮,some white fruit, a little spicy
21 F: medium, obvious straw, ginger, a little baked wood cask, soda cookie. Finished in some tea, warm and gentle. But lack of complexes
21 B: very balanced, good performance

Yoichi 25yo Single Cask 52% C#112247-18G20C
C: amber
20 N: dark sherry, match box, fires, sulfur, 煙硝味, followed by some plum, orange
21 T: full body, rich fruit, plum, grape fruit, rough but matured
20 F: long, plum, still w/ some fires, sulfur. Very good strength and long extension, but fewer complexes
20 B: balanced, would be better w/o煙硝味
