19 B: some kind of, better for nosing

23 N: fragrant, violet, vanilla, fresh cream, Boston pie, melon peer, peach, very fruity
21 T: full body, round and elegant, a little spicy, melon, good impact
21 F: long, perfume, sweet white fruit, few complexes in finish (short)
21 B: good balanced, 香氣相當綿長

22 N: orange, tangerine, malty, followed by some plastics, sweet and warm, fresh, clean, 香氣細緻
22 T: full body, orange, cream, some milk chocolate, straw, soda cookie
22 F: long, 冰糖, a little bloody, sweet and fresh. 尾韻細緻而悠長, hint of apricot
22 B: good balanced! Round, full of texture, 整體而言表現均衡且佳, 相當不錯的Dallas Dhu

23 N: 動物皮毛味, coconut, cream, very fragrance. A little caramel, curry, 層次感明顯
22 T: full body, creamy, milk tea, ginger, lemon pie, a little salty, dry, followed by some orange, rich and elegant
23 F: long, very long, 香氣相當綿長, 一點烤栗子, 李子, 明顯堅果味, finished in some nutty, almond, full of texture
23 B: very balanced both for nosing and tasting. Very good cask, refill sherry, no stress, fabulous!
PS.這支酒協會給的暱稱是穿著貂皮大衣的蘇菲亞羅蘭,真的相當貼切!

21 F: short, but w/ good strength, obvious瀝青, peaty, full of light smoke in finish
20 B: some kind of balanced! 香氣均衡,但口感尾韻變化較少且短, such a big contrast!

21 F: short, 香氣輕盈, 但仍有些許情人果甜味. 尾韻中等, peaty, ginger, lemon peer, w/ a little salty in the end
21 B: balanced! 整體表現均衡,一支清爽而無負擔的酒

21 F: long, toffee, coconut, fresh cream, malty, perfume, 尾韻稍單調, 但回甘
21 B: good balanced! 香氣細緻而香甜, 相當討喜

22 N: sherry w/ some chicken eggs, plum, caramel, a little sulfur, cereal, Indian corn, hint of grain, creamy
22 T: full body, round, rich and dry, woody, sulfur, good impact and strength
22 F: medium, cream, deep sherry, hint of sulfur, raisin, orange, 終感則有綿長的紅糖味
22 B: good balanced! But not my style

C: gold amber
21 N: seaweed, w/ some sulfur, matchbox, caramel, sherry, deep, some shit, dash, wax
21 T: medium, sulfur, a little dry and bitter, salty, 一點魚腥味, match box, smoky
20 F: medium, medicine, smoky, A10? Still match box and sulfur
20 B: some kind of balanced, but not that kind of joyce, better for tasting

Longmorn 1968/2005 36yo 53.5% SMWS 7.29
C: brown amber
24 N: very beautiful sherry, rich and elegant, deep and complexes, grapefruit, peach, black currant, prunes, full of complexes!
23 T: full body, a little dry, dark chocolate, sherry, grapefruit, orange peer, and prunes, round and rich. Some salt-sweet, full of fruity
23 F: very long, grapefruit, orange, plum, juicy, very fruity, rich w/ very good strength, a little smoky, tannins
23 B: very good balanced! 香氣及口感支撐力道相當長, 細緻而綿長, 相當享受的一支酒!
PS.有點Macallan 1980的感覺

Longmorn 1968/2007 38yo 52.5% SMWS 7.38
C: brown amber
24 N: 初聞有明顯prunes, 接著則是成熟的green plum, cranberry, peach, 黑李, 酒釀櫻桃, 接著有一點莓果, blueberry, 果味相當豐富, 後有beautiful sherry cask, grapefruit, 香片
23 T: full body, round and rich, a little spicy, soy, waxy, full of fruit, grapefruit, berry’s, plum, prunes, peach, w/ very good strength, followed by some chocolate, tobacco, a little bitterness, 層次感明顯
22 F: long, 尾韻充滿著莓果味及梅子味, 相當香甜並帶些許木頭的香氣, 檀木柚木, 終感仍是充滿果味且相當悠長
23 B: very good balanced! 香氣綿長而複雜, 口感豐富圓潤, 對38yo的老酒而言, 支撐力道相當好, 且層次感佳, 好酒一枚! 但我還是較喜歡7.29~
