C:淺黃,接近水色
20 N: very fresh malt, ice cream, vanilla, crème, ginger cookie, a little lime.
19 T: young, strong impact, light body. A little dry, sweet lime
19 F: medium to short. Some ice cream, vanilla, lime. Finished w/ some green apple peer.
18 B: 稍澀口,偏輕的酒體,還談不上平衡.但香氣均勻,加點水之後較易飲

C: light yellow
21 N: slightly sherry, fruity, a little raisin, toffee, still lime, fresh cream
19 T: light body, dry, green apple, vanilla, less complex
19 F: short, a little toffee, lime and ginger, dry, aroma spreads too fast
18 B: some degrade, light aroma

C: light yellow
22 N: vanilla, cream, sherry, coconut, woody, toffee candy, followed by a little apricot and citrus
21 T: light to medium body, very dry, a little bitterness of barley and some lime
21 F: medium, malty, lime, a little sweetness of melon peer
20 B: Balanced, both for taste and aroma. Some pity on dry

C: yellow
22 N: malty, slightly sherry, fruity, a little ginger, vanilla, citrus, tropical fruit
20 T: light body, lime, green apple peer, some sweetness comes up from the root of tongue
20 F: medium, malty, lime, a little citrus, less complexes in finish, aroma spreads too fast
20 B: Balanced, but lack of complexity

C: amber
23 N: coconut, tropical fruit, baked wood, a little raisin, peach, pineapple
22 T: full of fruit, coconut, plum, peach, pineapple. Then some toffee, ice cream
21 F: medium, fruity, sweet, coconut, peach, pineapple, but a little sour, acid lemon in the end. Tropical fruit last very long
22 B: Balanced, both for aroma and taste, strong texture

Nikka Miyagikyou 20yo 60% Single Cask C#107450
C: brown gold
22 N: chocolate, cocoa, woody, baked bacon, smoky, very smoky, a little sandalwood
21 T: strong and dry, medium to full body, some brimstone, matchbox, gentle bot too excited. Full of oil, waxy, obvious wood and brown sugar
21 F: long, some vintage cherry, chocolate, fruity, long extension of aroma, smoky, bacon, woody (but w/ bad cask?)
21 B: Balanced, both for aroma and taste, long extension, very good strength

C: deep amber
24 N: full of aromas, texture, fruity, smoky bacon, vintage plum, black berry, very nice wood cask
23 T: full body, dry, high alc but full of fruit, strong and round, w/ some chocolate, a little bitterness of cocoa
23 F: long, very long, plum, chocolate, vintage cherry, and a little coconut at the end
22 B: Balanced, complexity both for aroma and taste
PS.very similar to Karuizawa 1981, very good potential

C: amber
22 N: tropical fruit, toffee, malty, cherry, plum, rich fruit
22 T: full body, round and rich, strong but smooth, fruity, some chocolate, a little sweetness, comes up from the rot of tongue
22 F: medium, some coconut, chocolate, a little bitterness of orange peer
21 B: Balanced, both for aroma and taste, easy to drink
