65% cabernet sauvignon, 25% merlot and 10% cabernet franc.
Dark ruby;剛開瓶30分內有 Bouchonne的味道，在杯中30分後Cab Sau Berry的甜味逐漸出現、雪茄的煙草味

年輕的顏色，汽泡不強但酒體卻為Full-body，酸度高，很像Bollinger N.V.
但在口中感覺沒那麼硬。

今年第3次喝這支酒，氣泡已較少，淡乾稻草色，架構ok，用來配鮭魚還不錯
與Reinhold Haart Piesporter Riesling Kabinett 2004相比，Robert Weil 勝!
Dugat-py Bourgogne 2002
Purple；濃厚的黑色醬果味、醒酒後轉為花香及木質香
Taste：喉韻短、單寧Big、在口中有存在感，喜歡這樣的酒
Chateau LaGrange 2002
剛開瓶有異味，封閉，但很快速轉為Berry香
口感較香氣佳，年輕即可享用，醒酒1小時後，香氣及口感較佳

配明太子薄餅，可將明太子的腥味壓過，真是支搭餐的好酒

連續二天喝同款酒，只有二段變化，價格高於一般酒莊village等級酒
有濃縮感

保存狀況佳，漂亮的暗寶紅色
有 礦物、莓果香，最後帶木質香，無便宜Merlot的腥草味
不必醒酒，開瓶就可以喝，細緻
Exciting and solid all the way through, showing super depth of color and character. Ripe, rich complexity and mineral, earth, currant and plum flavors. It's sweet-tasting and coats your mouth with supple and elegant tannins. A pleasure to drink now, but should improve for years. Try after 1999.

先倒入Decanter醒酒
有著Rhone的香氣，香氣較口感佳，約1小時酒體即渙散
與上周的Pegau比，Pegau不論香氣、結構均較佳
