只有CNDP可以喝，01年勝過2000年
Ferrari-Rose N.V. Sparking wine Chardonnay+Pinot Noir
Full Body,我不大喜歡的類型
Pio Cesar Cortese 2002 （產區 Gavi-Piedmont）
Coltibuono-Cetamura Trebbiano+Chardonnay 2001(Toscana)
還有一支Sicilia的土產白酒
三支白酒的衰退速度都很快，最好能在20分鐘內喝完
酸度均高，Straight，三支ㄉ不大喜歡

Damilano Barolo 2001 (Barolo-Alba) Nebbiolo
Produttori Barbaresco 2002(Barbaresco-Alba) Nebbiolo
對照之前喝過96、97年的Barolo&Barbaresco
差異非常大，這兩支02及01年的酒，香氣及口感均不如96、97
是年份或酒莊的差異嗎？

Cesari Amarone del Valpolicella Classico 2001
有股腥味，與Masi、Tommasi 的Amarone完全不同

Pio Cesar Babera d’Alba 2003
葡萄品種是 Babera

Banfi Chianti Classico 2002
Badis a Coltibuono Chianti 2000

Fattoria del Cerro-Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2003
Argiano-Brunello di Montalcino 1998
這是當天我最喜歡的2支酒

Ruffino-Modus 2000
Terrabianca-Campaccio 2001
這兩支Super Toscana都以Sangiovese為主，加Cab. Sau 的Bordeaux Style
Falesco Vitiano 2004
Can Sau+Merlot
我將最會三支混在 Dr.Milk瓶中
帶回家喝
經過”混調”變得甜美，雖然有點怪
但比原來三支分開喝，好喝多了
一天試了22支酒，只有3支可以喝，還有三支經混合也變好喝
真是奇怪的一天

be careful about 02 italy’s wines...that was a very bad year...especially in piemonte! on the other hand..01 and 00 are supurbs! 01 barolo is always my favourite! I don’t think 97 or 96 is better! BTW, share me how they served and faciliated the Italian wine dinner later. Thank you!

雙B約9點才喝
香氣及口感均不甚佳

producers are very important for Italy’s wines...though..big is not always good and small is not always bad..ha! (what i am talking about?!) plus, a personal opinion: to un-cork doesn’t equal to decant..i look forward to trying our 00 barbaresco this Sat.

BTW, Barbera...is my everyday’s choice! In Taipei, a Pio’s Barbera will be around 700NTD a bottle or less.

and the first time i drank laurus is in a not too bad
(could be very nice) restaurant in Paris...

these days..i am thinking that we have too many too "good/ expensive" wines...which are not supposed to be drunk every day...unless..with very good friends or family...or at the "showing- off occasions..i honestly feel "blog" is also a showing- off battle land..-_-|||
