Encouragement from upper management

Another busy day, I was trying to wrap up my works as much as I can before the surgery, so my backup person won’t have too much trouble and go crazy.

VP (actually one of the owner of this company) stopped by to wish me luck and asked me when I would have my surgery, she assured me I will always have a position here, ”everybody adores you and XX (my direct manager) can’t live without you... ”

She also told me there is another girl went through this last year, she wore different wigs to work everyday! I can talk to her if I like to know more about her experience.

”Take whatever you need, you can even work part time at home if you need to, just let us know what we can do if you need anything”

Wow! How nice that was! Awesome!
