新冠肺炎疫情肆虐，加拿大總理要求全國民眾 Stay at Home 居家避疫。餐廳不准在店內進食，只允許外帶或外送。
全國餐飲業遇此大劫，岌岌可危，勉力苦撐。為了拯救餐飲業和從業人員，發起了全國外賣日(National Take-Out Day)，希望大眾能在每週三點外賣來吃。
前幾週我們已經點了數次外賣，現在繼續支持，今天向附近一家台式餐廳點牛肉麵和鍋貼當晚餐。
送來時的包裝如下，店家很細心地將煮好的麵條與牛肉湯分開裝，我們自己再將麵條放入湯中，就是完整的一碗川味牛肉麵。
