大陸學歷未獲承認，台生求職處處碰壁

After graduating from National Chengchi University's Department of Ethnology, this student continued her studies of Tibetan and Mongolian cultures by pursuing a Master's degree in China. She didn't realize the barriers she'd run into.

She said she doesn't know who in Taiwan would hire someone with her experience and education.

There are problems for students like her in China as well.

He said he couldn't get a job in China without a local household registry, and that was a big problem for Taiwanese students seeking advanced degrees there.

Degrees from Chinese universities are not recognized in Taiwan, and Taiwanese have difficulty getting jobs in China. That leaves these students who may have much more to offer nowhere to go and hoping that the government will do something.

手戴民族風手鍊，為了探究少數民族的發源地，政大民族系畢業的陳同學，毅然決然赴北京攻讀碩士學位，如今畢業回台，沒想到求職卻處處碰壁。

中國台生陳同學：今天需要這樣子知識或這樣子經驗的人，到底在哪裡？我們不知道。

另外，這位還在中國攻讀博士學位的朱同學感嘆更深了，他說，台生連在中國找工作也成問題。

中國台生朱榮彬：學校畢業之後何去何從？因為大陸很多公司單位，還是要求戶籍這個問題，所以這個問題沒有解決，對台生來講是很大的一個發展障礙。

台灣不承認大陸的學歷，而台生在大陸找工作又有困難；有的當初看準中國市場發展潛力，有的為了追求學問，原本寄望兩岸大門逐漸敞開，學歷問題可以迎刃而解，沒想到如今卻成了兩岸的就業人球，一旦開放，又擔心衝擊台灣私校招生，如何解決？也讓政府傷透腦筋。
