In my opinion, I will think that is a good idea to build a theater in my neighborhood. If there is an emerging theater near my house, this place will become more popular than now. Therefore, many shops will open and bring a more convenient life for inhabitants here. The streets will become filled with people and prosperous. People live here don’t go far away but take a movie nearby.
The first reason to support this plan is that building a theater in my neighborhood can bring strong economic benefits. With the theater opening, many shops will be here, too. A good example may be found in the case that people would like to buy some pop-corns and drinks before they enter the theater. After the movie, people would like to go shopping nearby. Therefore, there will be more and more shops here to attract business.
In addition, the traffic here will become more convenient. To transport people to the new commercial mart, many traffic routes will be planned. These bring a very convenient life to both visitors and inhabitants.
Admittedly, if this plan comes true, many people will not go to a theater far away from their home. They always can see the latest movie whenever they want. As far as the inhabitants are concerned, the life will become happier and comfortable.
To sum up, due to the reasons mentioned above, if a new theater were build here, near my neighborhood, there would be a lot of benefits here, too. Not merely the economic mart, but also a more convenient life will be the thing that people want.
