This afternoon, i sat by a noisy square, read my private book.
Suddenly, i heared Michael Jackson's voice, mixed with heavy metal and terrible screams...
but i was fond of it.

Soon, a slant of light casted on the crowded people,
whose faces were buried into the ocean of my memory...

It was summer of 2009,
I walked through the valley, which was surrounded by hundreds of waterfalls.
Quite serene, quite lonely,
i slided into the forest as snake, no one discovered my fatal poison.

At the same time, i played Michael's song : "Ben" from my MP3,
i sang the song with him again and again,
while the smoky air floated around the green land...
..... i was thinking about Prague, Rome, and Brussels,
those cities provided me joy and pain, grief and consolation.

I tried so hard to reach you,
but it was all in vain.
I ran away like a soldier, escaped from an inevitable war...
.....until i ran into "Ben", to be sheltered under its protection,
its pure idea about love.

It's beautifully cruel, violently sweet,
like all the essential elements of life and faith.
