本当の休養

先週はいろいろありました。

いやのことのほうが多かったけれど、
まあ、一週間大変でした。

一区切りつきましたので、
もう、自分の人生を削って会社勤めするのはやめましょう。
いつもそう思うけど、

今度は本気で
そうしましょう。
ほんとに疲れたから、
少し休みたい。

でも、できるかな。（笑）

そんなことを考えながら、
今日の日曜日も、
自転車散歩。

もう真夏です

いろいろあったようです。おつかれさまです。
いますぐには解決できないかもしれません。
目の前にあることに前向きに取り組んでいって、うけいれて、そのとききっとかわるとおもいます。
無理せずにリラックスしてどのまちか海外へ旅行して気分転換したらどうでしょうか。
疲れているとき、少し怠けてもいいと思いますよ。そんなに頑張らなくてもいいです。 無理せずに楽しい毎日を過ごしましょう。応援してます。

Yes, most people have spent most their life time on busy working, because it is getting tough these days to survive in this world. It makes people feel really tired, not only physically but also mentally.

I'm a freelancer, working schedule is so flexible, but on the other hand, my financial is not as flexible as my working time schedule. Sometimes, we have to give up something to gain something.魚與熊掌，不能兼得。

To be honest, Pochi さん, if you are really tired of you life style now, you may take a year break to find out what kind of life you are looking for in the future. However, taking a year break may ask you to give up something (e.g. your currently job payment).

I won't say "頑張れ" to you this time, but I will say　"大丈夫よ". Take a deep breath, tomorrow will be another fresh new day to start.

we are usually keeping rush and rush, for catching up something. in these situation, we should forget an important point for our life.

yes, we should take a rest, stand for a while, and look around ourselves.
