blurt out 脫口而出 dish out news

Troy blurts out 脫口而出 to Rose the fact of his affair with Alberta in a double dose 雙重打擊 of shocking betrayal. He does not first reveal his affair and then the pregnancy, but dishes 裝於盤中 both parts of his news at once saying to Rose, "I’m gonna be a daddy."

我覺得 dish his news是滿有意思的意像。blurt out很實用。double dose 也滿妙的。

He blurts out to his parents the fact that he’s a homosexual. He does not first reveal his sexulaity and then introduce his lover, but dises both parts of his news at once by bringing him home.

The students blurt out to their teacher the fact of their unprepared oral presentation. They do not first reveal their forgetting of the presentation, but dishes this news at once by randomly reading out an article in the textbook.
