Hello:
Is everyone fine? And do you enjoy your life as me?
I found another Taiwanese Student in my English Centre, she is a 25 old female, Joey. We talked to each other in Chinese a moment ago, and what we discussed was about some bad British items, such as food, their selfish personalities and inconvenience over here. A little Chinese makes me feel better, but I will not learn English well if it is too much.
I went to Brighton, a big city near mine, with two Macao women on last Sunday. In my opinion, the styles of Brighton and Eastbourne are similar, they have beaches, shinny weather, and similar shopping stores. Its Royal Pavilion, Museum and Art Galley are good places to take a visit. And Brighton University is a famous school.
Now I feel more and more bored due to nothing is necessary to do. I can walk around the town centre to shop, take a rest and think alone in the park near my school, or go back to my family to watch TV and sleep. Whatever it is. Because of this situation, I understand it is the time to study English harder. So today I decided to go to the central library to read my English books every afternoon and I will improve my English more quickly.
A French boy came to my host family yesterday, and he will stay here in 8 weeks. He is taller and stronger than I. I don’t remember his name cause remembering a French name is a bit difficult to me. And after the yesterday’s dinner, I took him to visit this city, and talked to each other with our poor English and sitting on the beach. I didn’t know what the French English is until yesterday. Maybe his English is worse then mine. But when I showed a picture to him, he said the Mark in the picture is younger than this Mark at present. This remark hurt my heart very much. Isn’t French man always romantic? Wowowowoooo……
There are so many foreigners in UK, and making these friends is an interesting experience. And I will keep it in mind carefully and describe it to all of you.
Your Mark
