Customer：I'm calling because I was supposed to get a registered letter in the mail.
顧客︰我打電話來是要查詢我應該要收到的一封掛號信。
Clerk：All registered letters are on the truck which is out doing deliveries until 3：30 PM.
行員︰所有的掛號信均已上車寄送，一直會送到下午 3 點半。
Customer：What should I do？
顧客︰我該怎麼做？
Clerk：Stay home and wait for it to arrive. If you miss the mail carrier in the next few days, there will be a sticker on your mailbox. If there is, come back here to sign for your letter and pick it up.
行員︰請在家等候送信。要是接下來幾天郵差送信時您都不在，就會在信箱上貼一張紙條。倘若如此，請來郵局簽收並領回您的信件。

所有的掛號信均已上車寄送，一直會送到下午3時30分。
告知顧客掛號信已經上車寄送，而無人簽收的信件會在之後送回郵局的其他說法如下：
．The truck is delivering registered letters until 12：00 PM.
=Until 12：00 PM, the truck is delivering registered letters.（郵件車正在發送掛號信到中午12時。）
．The truck with all the registered letters doesn't get back/return/come back until 5:00 PM.（發送掛號信的車子到下午5時才會回來。）
