馬斯洛把人類的需求分成生理需求、
安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我實現需求五類，
當然最基本的是:吃、喝、拉、撒、睡的滿足.
除此之外，我們還迫切需要靈魂上的安然，
因此，宗教與藝術，就扮演了很重要的角色.
舉凡:音樂、電影、繪畫、文學....便提供我們以淨化心靈.
然而人們對不感興趣的事,都會嗤之以鼻,
曾邀親朋逛美術館,或看畫展,就曾有人哀聲求饒.
反觀自己,對那種賽車,或猛打線上遊戲的,就敬謝不敏!
於是[隔行如隔山],心態隨之迥異,
我輕忽人家練祕笈,人家也對繪事,視之無物.
人生,因此會在某些選擇上,有了態度的不同,
有些事,我們會斷然拒絕,唯恐避之不及,
有些事,我們會輕輕走過,不留痕跡,
有些事,我們會用心體會,反覆咀嚼,
有些事,我們會陷溺其中,不可自拔.
讓我們來讓心靈更美麗吧!
除了做一些賞心的事之外,
