培根高麗菜捲 bacon cabbage roll

Cabbage leaves 8
bacon 4

ground beef 150g
ground pork 100g
onion 1/2
bread crumbs 45g
milk 100g
egg 1
nugmet pinch

stock 600g
onion 1/4
tomato paste 200g


1. cut off the hard part of the cabbage, dice it to put into the meat mixture. Cook the leaves, drain, cool. Put bread crumbs into milk.

2.fry onion with butter until its soft, cool, then put into the meat mixture, use hand to mix all the ingreidents until its sticky.

3. put the meat into cabbage leaves, roll with bacon, and set with toothpicks.

4. fry 1/4 onion with butter, and add in stock, tomato paste, salt pepper, then put the cabbage roll into it. Cook for about 30 minutes.

5. garnish with parsey.
