自創越南河粉

Its rainy day, kinda chilly, so I decide to make hot soup with my pickled raddish.


Beef -julienne, marinate with wine, soy sauce, BS (thats it i think)

筊白筍- since into pieces (inspired by the la mei yesterday, wanna
substitute the real one), marinate with soy sauce and sugar

Onion- sharred

Green Vegei-just take whatever is in the frige.(the one I take ususally
goes for fry veal)



Soup----water add in salt, fish sacue, chicken stock, apple vingar(重點, 我想要有越南feel),a bit lemon juice

add in noodle, beef, cook for a while and then add the 筍子. Put in the onion and green vegei b4 its almost ready to dish.



我想降悠閒的日子(悠閒ㄇ??還是憂愁) 還可以過多久 。。。。
