Coffee Flavor Cake II (yellow cake + pudding mousse)

Yellow cake

1 1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup suger (I always cut it down)
3 cups all-p flour
2/3 cup milk (1/3 milk + 15g coffee)
1T BP
1/2t salt
1 1/2 ts vanilla
1/4t bs
4 large eggs

cream butter and sugar until fluffy then add in other ingreidents
350f (178c) 30mins

This yellow cake recipe is from a very great book, the book that I trusted. I cut down the portion into half to make the coffee cake, which turns out perfect. 112.



Pudding Mousse

1 4oz pudding package
2-3ts coffee
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream (should only use 1/2)
prepare the pudding as the package instructed, but use only 1/2 +1/16 milk. After cool down, add in beated whipping cream.

Its pretty soft, like spread , cant call it mousse..I didn't cook the pudding, just use hot water instead..or maybe i should use only 1/2 cream ,but then the bag says 3 rice bowls of water to make the pudding... how come its not firm....??/
