因Makiyo案而想起電影女人香

因為Makiyo案而想起電影「女人香」

春節剛過不久，Makiyo等醉毆司機案喧騰一時，於今也風波未靖，全國（媒體、網路、新聞等）傾盡全力聲討撻伐她們，Ma案有錯，且她們付出的代價將相當大。不過，對於連續八、九天都是頭條新聞，臺灣媒體嗜血與喜歡「負面新聞」報導的程度可見一斑，為了收視率，媒體是否應該自律些，已經值得三思，一窩蜂的看殺與起訌的網友們，是否也可以想一想聖經的這個「丟石頭」的故事？

聖經新約約翰福音第八章中，記載一個行淫的婦人被抓後，帶到耶穌的跟前來，要求祂審判她，要求依照律法應該向她扔石頭（這種習俗到現在基進的回教徒還保留著）。

文士和法利賽人帶著一個行淫的婦人來，叫她站在當中，就對耶穌說：「這婦人是行淫之時被拿的。摩西在律法上吩咐我們把這樣的婦人用石頭打死。你說該把她怎麼樣呢？」他們說這話，乃是試探耶穌，要得到告他的把柄。

耶穌面對憤怒的群眾，彎著腰，用指頭在地上畫字。他們還是不停的問他，耶穌就直起腰來，對他們說：

「你們中間誰沒有罪的，誰就可以先拿石頭打他。」於是又彎著腰，用指頭在地上畫字。

他們聽見這話，就從老到少，慢慢的一個一個都出去了，只剩下耶穌一人，還有那婦人仍然站在當中，耶穌就直起腰來對她說：

「婦人，那些人在哪裡呢？沒有人定你的罪嗎？」

她說：「主啊，沒有。」

耶穌說：「我也不定你的罪，去吧，從此不要再犯罪了。」

這個小故事其實用意很明白，耶穌希望那些要他來下審判的人，不如你們自己先來審判，但是，在審判之前，請先檢查自己的行為與自己的心，「你們中間誰是沒有罪的，誰就可以先拿石頭打她。」

耶穌彎腰在地上畫字的姿態很耐人尋味，並不是以一種命令、權威的態度向眾人說這話，而是低頭、彎腰、地上畫字，非常謙卑的身體語言，要人們自己做決定，一如他自己也如此謙卑的面對這個質問。還有另外有一點奧妙的地方在於，聽懂耶穌的話的，是「從老到少，一個個慢慢走出去」，為什麼是老年人先放棄向婦人丟石頭而先走出去呢？少年人聽得懂這話，或者說，年輕人對這話有過思考與反省嗎？

走到中年，對這個社會現象與這個故事感慨尤深，尤其是有了自己的孩子之後。

沒有孩子不犯錯（連大人也都一直在犯錯中學習、成長、老去的呀），但是犯了錯要付出的代價究竟要多大才夠呢？雖然這則行淫的婦人與Makiyo等毆人的事件不同，但是經歷過一些人事歲月之後，人的心裡總是多點仁心與寬厚，設身處地、易地而處的思維，仇家宜解不宜結，犯錯的人將受到應受的懲罰（未來的刑罰、金錢、事業的毀於一旦……），那麼，被傷害的人他想要得到的是什麼呢？真相？（要對方承認什麼呢？意欲殺人嗎？）認錯道歉？（要怎麼樣認錯道歉才是「他想要」的認錯呢？）錢？（記得沒錯的話，社會給予的也不少，公開的如嚴凱泰與白狼都各自捐一百萬，還有其他人如宅神等，以及M和友寄提出的和解金……）當一切漸漸淡化後，要想的是「過，則勿憚改」，但是有理的一方有時也「得饒人處且饒人」吧。

這個事件中受牽連的丫子與湘瑩，由於第一次在檢察官問訊時沒有全盤說實話，可能被求處偽證罪，這可能是經紀公司事前所要求的，可能也基於「義氣」、「不想出賣朋友」，而使自己身陷危難之中等緣故？不過，當這兩個倒楣的「配角」也可能賠上她們的事業與未來時，我不禁同情起她們，也連帶想起了「女人香」這部電影。

想想那個少年查理遇到的困境，當他「偶然」看到同校的幾個紈絝同學對校長座車的惡作劇損害行為，他答應那些人不說出真相，但是事件後來爆發了，遠比他想像的嚴重，他甚至可能成為此事的代罪羔羊！他與那群同學甚至連朋友都談不上，在過程中不管面對被誘惑、被開除等困境，他堅持不說，只因為「他做過承諾」！對一群跟自己不相干卻可能使自己前途蒙塵的人，有誰會堅持一個傻承諾？何況面對利、面對義都不為所動呢？

電影中幸虧有艾爾帕西諾飾演的盲中校對查理伸出援手，而使事件圓滿結束。

當大家激賞查理的堅持近乎完人的時候，想想丫子湘瑩，她們不是完人，犯了沒有“全盤托出實情”的錯，但是在此事件中充其量就是目擊者，為了某些緣故沒有說出實情，但是一樣遭受撻伐，還連累了她們的老母親出面道歉。直到現在也沒人為她倆說話……她們也許都缺少艾爾帕西諾盲中校那樣一個為她們說話的長者。

多數人也許覺得，Makiyo對兩人來說是「損友」，但是人與人相交，如人飲水，冷暖自知。朋友的對待、幫助與支持給她的力量和感受，不在於朋友本身是黑道、大姊頭還是醉後失心瘋打傷人的人，就算是黑道也能有真心結交朋友的時候吧？也許在她們倆看來，Makiyo這個年紀輕輕要背負全家經濟、癌母病情等重擔的女孩，在失意時寄託酒精、沈溺在遊嬉玩樂之中，是一種不得已的逃避，無疑也是一種人生的悲哀。但是Makiyo也曾大方展開雙臂擁抱彼此，一起上通告賺錢，一起分享心事，就算Makiyo首次開記者會也沒把她倆說出來（不就是一種保護，牽涉的人越少越好），這樣的朋友，試問如果你是丫子或湘瑩，你會在檢察官面前「一五一十」說出當天醉後傷人的「全部細節」與真相嗎？

這個事件，其實不管是哪一方，包括加害人、受害人、網友、媒體、名嘴、律師們在內，如果缺乏「反省自己」的精神，任何人都可能墮入自傲、自以為是甚至盲目的泥淖，

好了，讓一切平息，重新來回味這部經典好片。

本片是艾爾帕西諾多次入圍奧斯卡金像獎的首次封帝之作。查理為了賺取回家過聖誕節的旅費，答應陪伴眼盲的退休中校法蘭克共度感恩節週末，沒想到卻因而改變了兩人的生命...

《女人香》（Scent of a Woman）是一部於1992年公映的美國電影。電影敘述了一名私立高中的學生，為一位脾氣暴躁的眼盲退休軍官擔任助手。由艾爾·帕西諾、克里斯·歐唐納（Chris O'Donnell）、詹姆斯·瑞布霍恩（James Rebhorn）、菲利浦·西摩·霍夫曼以及賈布瑞·安瓦爾（Gabrielle Anwar）主演。其中艾爾·帕西諾在多次與奧斯卡金像獎失之交臂後，終於憑藉著此片中傑出演出奪得第65屆奧斯卡最佳男主角獎。

女人香翻拍自1974年迪諾·萊希（Dino Risi）的同名電影《女人香》（義大利語：Profumo di donna），該片並是片中演員維托力歐·蓋斯曼（Vittorio Gassman）的巔峰之作。而本次的版本除艾爾·帕西諾奪得奧斯卡最佳男主角獎外，影片還獲得最佳導演獎，最佳影片獎和最佳改編劇本獎三項奧斯卡提名。

【情節簡介】

家境貧窮的查理在私人貴族學校博頓中學讀書，為了掙聖誕節回家的錢，他找了一份在感恩節照顧退役中校的工作。學校名聲悠久，以正直高尚為校訓，然而最近出了大丑聞：有幾個富家子弟惡意作弄了校長，碰巧目睹現場的查理和另外一名學生喬治（菲利浦·西摩·霍夫曼）於是被校長請去威逼利誘要求供出罪犯。查理出於義氣堅決不願出賣朋友，校長於是悻悻令其在感恩節期間做出最終決定，如果其堅持不作證，不僅會取消獎學金，更可能直接作開除處理，令查理陷入極大的苦惱中。

雙目幾乎失明的退役中校則對人生心灰意冷，目前唯一的計劃是去紐約徹底享受一番然後自殺了結一切，他帶著查理來到紐約，極盡奢侈的享受生活。其間，他幾次感覺再無遺憾而準備自殺，查理都拚命勸止，兩個身份天壤之別的人，在這段生死之間的路程中拉近了心靈的距離。在與人的交流中，中校逐漸彷彿重新找到了自己的存在價值，感受到自己優秀的天賦和生活的樂趣，而查理在同情和極力挽救對方的同時也得到了戰勝自我的勇氣，堅定了自己的信念。中校的自殺計劃一再被拖延，直到最後一天，他徹底下定決心支開查理，但卻被察覺，在最後的交鋒中，終於兩人站在一起戰勝了心靈的陰暗，中校被感動而改變了念頭，兩人乘車返回。

回到學校的查理，坦然地決定捨身取義，寧可拋棄前途也不會違背自己的良心，而喬治卻準備利用自己父親的關係矇混過關。校長召開師生大會審判醜聞事件，會上喬治狡猾地推託說自己視力不好以逃避責任，其父也不斷包庇為其遮掩，而孤身一人的查理大義凜然堅守立場準備接受處分。關鍵時刻中校趕到會議現場以查理監護人身份出席，並發表了一篇極富激情和說服力的演講。中校指出學生答應替同學保密的誠信人格比說出搗蛋者來換取校長推薦信更重要，這發言贏得滿堂喝彩，學校風紀會也被其打動，最後查理終於因此得到了寬大不罰的處理，和中校一樣，兩人將重新開始享受充滿光明的未來。
