Trikke Ray 原本也是個不愛運動的大胖子。但是 48 歲時他選擇了 TRIKKE 這種運動器材，2009 年 6 月 1 日至今，他就是每天 Trikking ，下班後傍晚在景美溪左岸點燈 Trikking ，一年後他瘦下 17 公斤。這不是奇蹟而是規律與持之以恆毅力。任何運動只要規律與持之以恆毅力任誰都可以像帥客瑞一樣減肥又健身。
