21 N: some thin wood, ginger, biscuit, cream, cookie, some white fruits, green apple

22 T: medium, round, good impact and texture, beautiful wood cask, cream pie, a little peaty

22 F: medium, a little prune, fresh cream, wood cask, apple peelings, ginger, good texture

22 B: good balanced, both for N & T, very good to drink w/o stress

 

Balmenach 1979/2009 56.3% BBR C#155/156

C: yellow

21 N: 甘草瓜子, powder, full of spices, cream, a little pears, malty, straw

21 T: medium -> full, some cookies, ginger, dry, green tea, then some thin wood cask

21 F: medium, raw barley, ginger, peppers, a little liquorice

22 B: balanced, good impact, a beautiful wood cask

 

Glenlossie 1975/2010 49.8% BBR C#5950

C: light yellow

23 N: orange, tangerine, crème brûlée, melon, complexes, very fruity, cream, honey, good layers

23 T: full, round and smooth, a little dry, tangerine juice, some melon peelings, creamy, pudding

23 F: long, tangerine peelings, a little cherry, ginger, prune, cream pie

22 B: good balanced both for N & T, a wonderful Glenlossie! Full of fruits! Enjoyable!

 

Tobermory (Ledaig) 2005/2010 62.7% BBR C#900008

C: deep amber, red brown

23 N: deep and rich sherry, heavily peaty, a little sulphurs, polish, leather, then a little plum, orange, toffee, chocolate, concentrated!

23 T: medium -> light, dry, some burned caramel, honey, 龍眼乾, orange, chocolate, strawberry marmalade,

23 F: medium, still sweet sherry, peaty, plum, chocolate, ginger, macchiato with caramel?

22 B: good balanced, good impact & architecture, splendid! A really BIG one.
