從現在開始,是一個新的階段,每一天都是個新的階段。一再地去培養這種覺知。這整個世界充滿著我的靈魂〈atam〉─ 一切都是我,一個意識〈chetna〉。這個意識,透過這個人,以一種方式來運作;透過另一個人,以另一種方式來運作, 這是個充滿著許多海浪的大海洋。
如果這種洞察力出現在你身上,即使只是五秒鐘,你的身心將會有重大的轉化。那時,一種了悟將會在你身上出現,「啊哈!」
所有的擔憂都被清除殆盡。只要片刻,去認知到在我的仇敵裡,一切都僅僅是我,是我自己開始了這場遊戲。去了解這一點,但不要把它變成是一種情緒的製造〈a mood making〉。只在無為〈nivriti見下面註解〉的模式裡了解這一點,而不是在作為〈pravritti見下面註解〉的模式裡。如果我們要在外在的行為裡帶出非二元性,我們只會創造出更多的幻相,在作為裡,看見二元性。
身而為人,沒有行動是不可能的。一個人到底應該有多少的作為和無為,是非常微妙的事。當有過多的作為時,那時,一個人會變得太過負面消極,就會被要求處於無為裡。
在印度,處罰被稱為教育。處罰這個字是從教育這個字而來。早期,去處罰一個人,並非出於憤怒而是出於慈悲。當一個人有太多的作為時,他們會把他關到一個房間裡(監獄),並為他提供食物、睡眠和休息;就像當身體生病了,醫生會讓病人住院一樣。當我們的行為生病了,那麼,做這行為的那個人就得被送進牢裡。
當你同時擁有作為和無為這兩者時,那時你就成功了
註:有兩種態度,第一種是(Pravritti)作為,當你覺得這個不好,那個也不好的時候,你有所行動。
第二種是(Nivritti)無為,當你覺得一切都很好,凡事都有各自的時機與角色,那就是(Nivritti)無為,這樣你就能退隱休息。
當能退隱休息的時候,當你回到本我裡,你重新獲取能量,你就能夠靜心,透過什麽也不做,你與生命的本源連結上了。因此,無為與作為一樣重要,所以你需要在這兩種態度之間取得平衡,一切都很好(無為),沒有什麽是好的(作為),清楚嗎?〈解釋取自古儒吉的知識〉。(Know Your Mind)

In the Gita it is said that even the most brilliant people are confused about what to do and what not to, and how to handle the mind. It is a big job. Protecting the mind is a great task unless you do it with knowledge. Till this moment, see all that has happened so far. It’s all gone; finished.
Wake up. When you are full of energy, prana, you see it’s all gone. Now all that happened seems okay. Think about what to do now. Sometimes what you do will be successful and sometimes it will not be. A farmer knows that every seed he is sowing will not sprout. He throws the seeds in the field and does not worry which will sprout and which will not.
From now, it’s a new chapter. Every day is a new chapter. Bring up this awareness again and again. The whole world is filled with my atam (soul)- it’s all Me. It’s one chetna (Consciousness). This one consciousness works through one person in one way, through another person in some other way. It is an ocean with many waves.
If this vision comes to you even just for five seconds then there will be a major transformation in your body and mind. Then a realization will spring in you ‘Aho!’
All worries are washed off. Just for a second, recognize that it’s only Me in my enemy. I myself have started this game. Understand this but don’t turn it into a mood making. Have this understanding only in the nivriti but not in the pravritti mode. If we bring advaita (non-duality) in vyavahar (behavior), we only create more bhrama (delusion). In pravritti , see duality.
Taking up of the human form is impossible without pravritti. How much pravritti and nivriti one should have is a very sensitive matter. When there is more pravritti, then one becomes too negative and one is asked to be in nivriti.
In India, dand (punishment) is called shiksha (education). The word saja (punishment) comes from shiksha (education). Earlier one was not punished out of anger but out of compassion. When there would be too much pravritti in someone they would put him in a room (jail) and provide food, sleep and rest. Like the doctor admits people in hospital when the body becomes sick, when our kritya (action) is sick then the karta (doer) is sent to jail.
When you have both, pravritti and nivriti ,then you are successful.
