英商恩禧（NCL Media）台灣分公司執行長林克穎（Zain Dean）3年前酒駕撞死送報生黃俊德，去年7月遭判刑4年有期徒刑定讞，29日傳出在去年8月14日持英國籍白人護照從桃園機場搭機前往泰國曼谷，檢方隨即發佈通緝，時效至120年9月20日。

不過對於林克穎開出的條件，台北地檢署拒絕接受，表示林克穎若不服判決，應循非常上訴或再審途徑救濟，而非逃跑。駐英代表處也嚴拒，並敦促林克穎儘速回台歸案。
根據外交部最新消息，林克穎目前人在瑞士，法務部已向瑞士司法單位提出請求，盼緝捕林克穎送交台灣歸案。台灣與瑞士雖然沒有簽署司法互助協定，但過去有多次司法合作的具體實例。
