當時一聽到歌詞，心就想著，一定是 Don Henley 作的詞，因為他曾修過英國文學，所以他的歌詞有時很艱澀難懂，讓人丈二金剛、不知所云~~~像這首歌後面的 chambers of the heart, the egg and dart，真不知道他要表達啥意思，真是只能意會、而無法言傳。不過話說回來，如果人的意念或思想，總讓人一眼洞穿而缺乏深層思考，似乎也少了那麼一點興味；如果有時聽到的言語風情值得讓人再三推敲、琢磨不斷，縱然華髮徒增、倒也不失人生趣味~~
聆聽這首歌，仔細欣賞他們的合音和樂曲編排，歷經三十個年頭迭代，風華依然不減~~~這支 MV 的作者很用心的將 Eagles 成員從青澀時期開始，剪輯出他們這些年所呈現出的浮光掠影，看著他們的身影面容，攸攸歲月，看似漫長，其實，人生也就黃梁一夢~~~~
