10/15/07- 15 Month Report Card

Since we start go to BCCC,
we’ve been sick.

Mommy and Grandmom took us to the 15 month check up:



Amber:
Weight: 25lb, Percentile: above 75
Length: 33”, Percentile: above 97
Head Circumference: 47cm, Percentile: bellow 90

Had 3 shots today: Flu, M.M.R., and Comvax.


Chloe:
Weight: 24lb, Percentile: bellow 75
Length: 33.5”, Percentile: above 97
Head Circumference: 46cm, Percentile: above 50

Had 3 shots today: Flu, M.M.R., and Comvax.
