We all imagine ourselves the agents of our destiny,
capable of determining our own fate.

But have we truly any choice in when we rise?
Or when we fall?

Or does a force larger than ourselves bid us our direction?

Is it evolution that takes us by the hand?

Does science point our way?

Or is it God who intervenes keeping us safe?

我们每个人都想知道自己的命运.
并想决定命运.

但是我们真的可以去选择吗?
何时心情愉快.
何时沮丧.

还是有一股比我们自身强大的力量在指引.?

是我们亲手引导进化?
科学会为我们指明方向吗?
还是上帝在冥冥之中保护着我们?

For all his bluster,
it is the sad that he cannot choose his triumph.

He can only choose how he will stand
when the call of destiny comes.

Hoping that he’ll have the courage to answer.

不管他如何咆哮.
令人悲哀的是,他不能选择凯旋而归.

他唯一可以选择的就是等待.
直到命运的召唤降临.

希望他将有勇气去回应.
