學會經過三年來的努力，自主管理牛寶園區化糞池，派員親自參加畜牧糞尿資源化相關課程，終獲環保局肯定，成為沼液沼渣宣導短片示範園區，並受環保局邀請，將於短片宣導說明會中現場解說！

畜牧糞尿本質就是高有機及含氮物質，經由厭氧發酵後所產生之沼液沼渣，可視為資源再進行利用，是畜牧糞尿管理的創新作法，不僅清淨河川，也滋養農地，減少了化學肥料的使用。

【Honor of our sanctuary: we have been selected by the Environmental Protection Bureau as a demonstration of promoting biogas slurry and residue】
【A truck of cows being rescued and settled in our sanctuary to enjoy lives they deserve】(please share and repost)

With our efforts for three years to manage the septic tank system in the cow zone of our sanctuary, while sending representative to join relevant course in processing animals' excretas into usable resources, we have proudly been recognized by the Environmental Protection Bureau that our sanctuary is the demonstration farm in the video of promoting biogas slurry and residue. We are also invited by the Bureau to attend the seminar and give a talk on our related work.

The excretas and urine of animals are full of organic and nitrogen-based substances. After anaerobic fermentation, they can turn into biogas slurry and residue which are resources to be utilized again. It is a novel way to handle animals' excretas that helps clear rivers, provide nutrients to fields as well as reduce the use of chemical fertilizers.

The grand Master Hsing Yun once said that the 21st century is the era of environment protection and animal protection. To love our Earth and dedicate ourselves to protect the environment is an immenient issue, so as to avoid turning ourselves into the refugees due to bad climate and poor environment. With the ever increasing cost of operations, we need your support to continue the running of our sanctuary that is truly dedicated to saving lives and protecting the environment as well as animals!

Be born together in the Land of Ultimate Bliss.
