奈何青蛙早已成為華人美食下的犧牲品，過度捕捉下，田野間已鮮少聽聞青蛙合鳴清唱的叫聲，加上棲息地遭人類破壞，化學藥劑的濫用，本土野生青蛙遂逐漸絕種！

【Rescue of frogs: a truck of frogs are being saved and now sheltered in our sanctuary】(please share and repost)

Frogs are reptiles that are beneficial and do no harm to humans. They can help prevent the spread of vector-borne infectious diseases like Dengue Fever and Malaria and so on caused by mosquitoes, flies, and fleas. Their love for algae also helps clear the waterway which is a crucial indicator of environmental cleanliness!

However, frogs are considered delicacy in the Chinese society that they are vanishing among fields due to overcatching, with their singings disappearing. Worse still, with human destruction on their habitats as well as the use of chemicals, local frogs are progressively extinct!

We, The Home of Avalokitesvara, would like to dedicate ourselves to protecting the frogs as well as the environment. Please support our rescue of frogs which would be organized at least once a month, to create a better environment together with the rescued frogs.

Bring forth the resolve for Bodhi

Be born together in the Land of Ultimate Bliss.
