Usually a leader has less to go on yet still must make the decision on how much to trust.

How does one learn that judgement? It is a matter of becoming hyperware of your enviroment and learning to sense the vibe in the room. Especially in a negociation setting, I try to have my entire body, my entire mind, all my emotion switched on to " receiving".
How are people reacting? How are they behaving? of you can enter this mode, you can be sensititve to small changes that other people wouldn’t even notice.
