In Taiwan, we usually talked about our competence is hard working. When I was young, I always saw my parents and people around me, they worked very very hard. Of course, it brought the economic growth in Taiwan. Few weeks ago, I read an article from a very famous magzine in Taiwan. It mentioned about what is Taiwan Spirit-work hard. Yes, without hard working, Taiwan will not be like now. we truely enjoy the fruit of hard working of our ancesters.

However, in our generation, hard working is no more the competence in world class competitive business world. I still remember that managment excellence is not enough to success in Tomorrow. Strategy thinking and creativity are the key to enter the future business world. It is definately true. After studying MBA, the students all have basic idea about how to build up their own business plan, how to build the financial data and even build their own strategy. Some people question: are MBA try to make every graduate be in the same model?

The way to make it difference is through " be different and be yourself". I come to know this point and for French or for someone used to the education system more encourange free thinking. We can said it is more easy to achieve it. But for a student from Asia, it is truly a challenge for us.

How to be difference ???? Is it really ok to be difference?
