When we were five, they asked us what we wanted to be when we grew up.Our answers were things like astronaut, president, or in my case, princess.

當我們五歲的時候，大家都會問我們長大後想做什麼，
我們的答案通常是太空人、總統，而我呢，是公主。

When we were ten, they asked us again and we answered - rock star, cowboy,or in my case, gold medalist. But now that we've grown up, they want a serious answer. Well, how about this: who the hell knows？

當我們十歲，他們又問了一次，我們的答案是搖滾明星、牛仔，而我呢，是拿金牌。
但現在我們長大了，他們想要一個認真的答案，好吧，這個答案怎樣：誰知道啊？

This isn't the time to make hard and fast decisions, it's the time to make mistakes. Take the wrong train and get stuck somewhere chill. Fall in love - a lot. Major in philosophy because there's no way to make a career out of that. Change your mind. Then change it again, because nothing is permanent.

現在不是做快速又重大決定的時候，而是犯錯的時候。
搭錯車然後在陌生的地方迷路；談戀愛－談很多戀愛。
主修哲學，因為以後會找不到頭路。
改變心意，然後再改變，因為沒有什麼事是永遠的。

So make as many mistakes as you can. That way, someday, when they ask again,
what we want to be... We won't guess. We'll know.

所以盡你所能去犯錯吧。這樣，某日當他們又問起我們想做什麼…
我們不會有所遲疑，我們會有答案。
