每年都有一次嘴饞想吃鹹酥雞的時候,尤其最近儘量少出門,且天冷炸食物較不會熱,才有時間炸鹹酥雞,女兒越大越皮,嗚...,幫倒忙的皮,啊嗚嗚...,到底幾歲才會不皮?明明我小時候,應該説從小到大都乖乖牌,怎女兒是唱反調的,嗚...,還很會唸我,當媽咪的我沒唸她,她卻給我連珠砲碎碎唸,......,女兒果然很會搶版面,呵~,每一年配方都不同,獨創配方,呵~,這次用太白粉,取代蕃薯粉,肉可選雞胸肉或雞里肌肉,約500g,先醃入味,醃粉蔥一支切段,蒜頭兩、三顆,醬油、糖、白胡椒粉、這次加了某牌泡麵調味粉,呵~,有小孩沒加米酒(酒類)去腥,改醃時較長較入味。炸,就視火候調整,炸熟即可,就會鎖肉汁在裡面。這次配涼拌小黃瓜,約四條,切絲,蒜頭兩顆、切片狀,加糖和白醋,攪拌入味。
